I'm here to guide you every step of the way. I offer a unique blend of holistic health coaching, trauma-informed strategies, and tailored change management tools to help you nourish yourself to become the healthiest and happiet version of you. Not just to survive, but truly thrive.

My Story

Nourish with Natasha began out of my own personal journey to health, healing, and transformation. In 2015, I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis, a turning point that led me to discover the powerful connection between gut health and overall wellbeing. This diagnosis became a journey of understanding how I could nourish my body and mind holistically—through food, stress management, and embracing alternative healing tools. This led me to have periods of remission and a better understanding of being able to 'listen to my body' and what it needs.

Then, in 2024, life took a devastating turn. I lost my fiancé and the father to my children. The grief and trauma shattered my world in ways I never thought possible. â€‹I have been on a healing journey to rebuild myself, physically and mentally. I’ve leaned into holistic practices like talking therapies, EMDR, journaling, and inner work, while diving deep into self-growth and spirituality. Every step has been part of my healing process, and every setback has been a reminder that resilience is built through the hardest of times. I’m also a proud mum to two young children, which only deepens my commitment to making health and wellness accessible and attainable for all. But through the pain, I learned one of the most valuable lessons of my life: healing is a journey, not a destination.

For over 10 years, I’ve worked in HR, specialising in project and change management. My career naturally evolved into change management, especially after experiencing the most significant personal change of my life. Through this journey, I’ve learned not just to cope with change, but to thrive in it. The tools I’ve gained have helped me grow stronger, more resilient, and more focused on what truly matters: our health and our ability to navigate life’s challenges with grace and strength.

Nourish with Natasha was born out of my desire to share the lessons I’ve learned—lessons I believe can help others not just survive, but thrive through their own struggles. Whether you’re seeking to nurture your body through food, heal from trauma, or build resilience through change, I’m here to support you. Let me use my experience and the holistic tools I’ve gathered along the way to help you nurture and transform your life, just as I have mine.
